Established in 2017 alongside our NHS partners, Agile Workforce developed the very first collaborative staff bank of its kind. Our team has the experience and knowledge to deliver a regional collaborative bank service across multiple Trusts resulting in outstanding patient care and strong worker engagement. Currently, the collaborative bank comprises of seven NHS Trusts with more looking to join. The efficiencies and savings delivered are outstanding.
