​Agile Workforce is a proud supporter of CCLG. 

CCLG is a leading children's cancer charity and the UK and Ireland's professional association for those involved in the treatment and care of children with cancer. They are the only organisation which brings together all professionals working within childhood cancer to share expertise and knowledge to improve treatments and patient care.

​With over 30 children in the UK and Ireland being diagnosed with cancer each week, the ultimate aim of CCLG is to cure as many children as possible while reducing the side effects of treatment.

Agile Workforce is committed to supporting the mission of CCLG by taking part in fundraising events that will facilitate ongoing research, education and treatment costs. We want to continue advancing people's understanding of childhood cancers and facilitate global access to treatment for children and young people all over the world.

Our Trust is a Mental Health Trust providing both hospital and community services in the Lincolnshire region. A lot of off framework agencies were contacting the departments directly offering candidates and the Trust was concerned about governance and control of around this. By entering into a Neutral Vendor arrangement with Agile, this has meant we have been able to expand our supply chain to include more agencies than we were previously working with. Agile have been able to introduce new suppliers, all with the assurance that their workers are fully compliant and that a standardised rates card is adhered to.This has meant we have managed to fill some of our more difficult to fill roles and are now utilising suppliers who we have not worked with in the past. We receive regular updates on our roles and the likelihood of sourcing candidates for these and have and have assurance that all agencies are aware of the gaps we have. We have also seen our agency spend decrease by approx. £40,000 in the first 6 months we have been in contract with them for.
